Why Don't We?

Why don't we go back to those same old days? You were unknown to me, And I was unknown to you. I beheld you for the first time and so did you. What was our connection? It was something new. But deep inside our hearts, we both had some sort of affection for each other, fresh, pure and radiant like the dawn dew. Why don't we look at each other again? With a hushed hope to break the silence, awaiting the perfect moment to speak. Various factors wove chains of stillness, nervousness, fear or anxiety, everything restraining us from communicating. Anyhow, pulling back the strength which was so weak. Why don't we walk together again? Those streets, full of gravel and shops, let's not get confused by those many small paths, dark winter mornings and fervid summer days, also, the drops of rain used to drench us. Wanting to grab one another's hand, let's not get scared of people and society this time, let's not care about the world out there, but walk freely and script...

TREKKING TO KEDARNATH

I was just sitting at my home after my exams were over. It was a long vacation and I didn't know what to do next. Suddenly, the phone rang and I was offered the chance to go on a 22 days tour of India. Usually, I would reject such offers, but that time my heart wouldn't let me refuse. So, I simply decided to go on the long tour in India. There were 30 people in the reserved bus and we were all excited for the upcoming journey. We started our journey exactly at 8 am on 22nd Bhadra from Kathmandu. The following day, we crossed into India through the Bhitthamod border and entered Bihar state. We used to cook our meals wherever there was a water facility. It felt like we were enjoying a picnic, cooking and eating at different places throughout the journey. It was an evening and the gradually sinking sun was indicating the dusk. Birds were flying towards their nest, ants were scattering over the surface of the wet ground and people were rushing towards their home after working for the whole day. Raghav was observing a few shiny stars up above the clear and red sky. Those city lights were increasing their intensity and all the chaose of sound made by people were slowly  decreasing. During all those observations, he had different topic swimming in the form of certain feeling inside his brain, which was signalling fear and nervousness.
